High-performing and engaged employees seek training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance their skills and value within the organization.
Through experience with numerous organizations, we consistently find a shared need for mentorship, professional development, and job training. When employees feel undervalued, unheard, or unprepared for their roles, they tend to become disengaged, unhappy, and potentially problematic.
Are your employees disengaged, displaying signs of "quiet-quitting" by merely fulfilling basic job requirements? Recognizing the need to invest more in your staff, you face constraints in time and resources to support their growth effectively. Meanwhile, your employees appear stressed and on the verge of burnout. Seeking external assistance for a sustainable solution is crucial in this challenging scenario.
The Impact Assessment is a 1-3 week process involving a pre-assessment questionnaire and two Zoom workshops to evaluate engagement and impact through qualitative data analysis and expert facilitation.
Following the assessment, we initiate our change process to kickstart our partnership. If a partnership is deemed unfeasible, we offer a detailed analysis, recommendations, and alternative solutions to support your organization.
In this final step, we work directly with your team to deliver coaching, mentorship, training, and development to enhance engagement, culture, and drive the desired impact.
"Serena's greatest strength and contribution to our organization was in her ability to gain authentic trust from everyone on the team. They respected her and followed her advice and lead where the rest of us struggled to. She's been integral to our team improving and collaborating across departments in order to deliver to our clients more efficiently and with greater precision and quality. Lastly, I appreciate Serena's willingness to think through a problem and be a thought-partner in how to design a solution."
CEO, Gary Mindlin, Top Hat Home Services
“Serena is amazing at what she does. Not only has she improved my management style but she has given me a boost of confidence that’s contributed to that. I feel more sure of myself and more in control of my team.”
Cristine Kroski, Operations Director, Top Hat Home Services
"Serena just gets it! She truly listens and asks the right questions - even if those questions were difficult or awkward to answer. She helped me discover things about myself that I was unsure of and has really made me a better leader in my own unique way."
