Our Impact Assessment evaluates your organization's fit for the Sun Method through a 1-3 week process. It includes a pre-assessment questionnaire and two facilitated workshops to assess your Core areas. Based on the assessment, we determine the starting phase for our partnership. If we find that we're not the right fit, we offer in-depth analysis, reasoning, and alternative recommendations to meet your needs.

Phase 01: Core Identity


Our Impact Assessment assesses your organization's fit for the Sun Method through a 1-3 week process, including a questionnaire and two workshops. We determine the partnership starting phase based on the assessment. If we're not the right fit, we provide detailed analysis, reasons, and alternative recommendations.

Phase 02: Core Strategy


Phase 01 involves defining your mission, impact statement, values, and belief system. Phase 02, Core Strategy, focuses on creating a plan to prioritize key activities for immediate impact. Timing:

 2-8 weeks



Phase 03: Core Alignment


We address "leaks" in your organizations efforts, like mindsets, limiting beliefs, and activities that hinder your mission and impact. Our consultants analyze roles, job descriptions, and facilitate communication changes. This forms the basis for selecting mentees and creating coaching goals and mentorship plans.


Deliverables for this phase include:

  • Role specification analysis
  • Coaching and mentorship plan


Timing:

4-12 weeks


Phase 04: Core Performance


We provide customized coaching, mentorship, and training programs to address individual and collective gaps. Our Core Quest leader and manager development process selects candidates for mentorship, leadership coaching, and skills training. With a focus on your organization's identity, strategy, and alignment, we guide employees through the phases to help achieve your goals.
